Please check the following.
 
1) On the main menu of cBizOne click on Tools-->Options-->Email-->Setup Tab.
 
2) Check the Out Going SMTP Server details, if your SMTP needs username and Password give those details.  (Compare these with your MS Outlook settings)
 
3) If Everything is fine, the only other reason I could think of is your Firewall.  Make sure your firewall is not blocking cBizMail.exe. (cBizMail.exe is in the cBizOne Install Folder, ex: c:\Program Files\cBiz)
 
4) Try sending an Email it should work, if not the please call your ISP, it means that there is a problem with your ISP.  (Generally now a days ISP's are imposing limits like how many Emails you can send per hour/per day, etc.   You need to call them and understand the limitations by your SMTP server.).
 
 
P.S--> By default SMTP server runs on port 25, but some servers run on a different port. If your Outlook is able to send emails, you can check the port by doing the following in Outlook, Tools-->Email Accounts-->View or Change--> Select the account--> Properties-->More Settings-->Advanced--> under Server Port Numbers you will see Outgoing server.
